An initial intake evaluation is $250 and individual therapy sessions are $200.

At Thriving Minds, we operate as out-of-network providers, a decision rooted in our commitment to your care and privacy. By working outside of insurance networks, we are better able to safeguard the confidentiality of your medical records, as we are not required to disclose your personal information to third parties for billing purposes.

This model also allows us to deliver care that is aligned with our specialized training, free from the limitations that insurance companies often impose on the duration and type of treatment. As a result, we have the flexibility to design a treatment plan tailored to meet your unique needs and goals, rather than one dictated by external requirements.

For clients who wish to utilize their out-of-network insurance benefits, we are happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

We accept credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. We cannot accept cash or checks at this time as payments are made directly to your patient portal at the time of service.

We are licensed psychologists practicing in the state of Minnesota. Dr. Chris Pfleghaar is also licensed in the state of Florida.
